Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) is an integral part of Ardent culture. At Ardent, the welfare of our employees and our environment is our leading core value. Because of our passion and dedication to safety, we have established a systematic method to forecast and monitor safety hazards on a project.

This allows us to take preemptive measures necessary to promote a safe project environment. Our comprehensive HS&E Management System includes mandatory employee orientation with daily toolbox safety meetings, periodic regional safety meetings, site specific training, safety and first aid training, and pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.

Comprehensive job site audits and behavior based safety observations are also a key part of our HS&E system.

Ardent is committed to providing a safe work environment for our employees and all employees are empowered and expected to execute stop work authority when potentially unsafe conditions or behaviors occur.
